I've put together some of the most asked questions below. Please read this over before sending me a message
Why am I required to pay a $100 deposit?
Custom garments are time consuming to organise (and make). They require a lot of back and fourth photos and private messages between myself and you (the buyer) therefore I require a $100 deposit (non refundable) to secure the order. In the past I have gone to the effort & time to organise customs, for the customer than to change their mind and not place an order at all.
A deposit also secures you get a spot in order for me to make a custom for you. Custom spots are not always available.
Do you ship Internationally?
Yes I post worldwide. All international postage comes with tracking which you will receive by email once I have fulfilled your order. International postage costs are below:

What is the turn around time for customs?
Presently 3-4 weeks from date of final payment but it depends on how many orders I have at the time. If you need your custom in a certain time frame, private message me on instagram prior and if time permits I will always endeavour to fit it in, in a timeframe that suits you.
Do you make anything offshore?
No. Everything you see on my website is made by me in Sydney, Australia.
Do you make custom styles other than the ones on your website?
In short & simple terms, no. Unless you are a regular customer of mine! Sometimes customers suggest things within my means in which I am happy to make. I also am happy to do modifications on all my current styles, sometimes this will incur additional costs.
Why do you not offer 'normal sizing'?
I have a whole 2 pages dedicated to my sizing system; here & here. Please read it carefully. Alternatively please check out my instagram or archive to see how certain sizes fit on different bodies. If you are still unsure you are most welcome to send me a message via instagram.
Can you replicate a garment you've made before?
No, all my garments are one off designs because I only use vintage, reclaimed and second hand textiles therefore there is only so much of each fabric. Sometimes I find fabrics up to 5 metres in length, other times it could be as little as half a metre. I love only doing one of everything, & i think it makes it super special for the customer too. I do of course, offer similar colour palettes though.
Do you offer refunds?
No. Unfortunately all sales are final. As a very small business I do not have the capacity to deal with refunds.
