Shipping + Policies

AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING

All ready-made orders are shipped from SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA within 3-4 business days. Pre-orders have a 3-4 week turn-around. 

I use Australian post for all domestic orders. Domestic postage is a flat rate $12 and includes tracking.

Please understand that Cada Todo are not responsible for any parcels that are lost, stolen, damaged or any delays once dispatched from us and handed over to Australian Post. However should your parcel not arrive, or arrive damaged please contact me and I will do my best to resolve the situation. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All international postage orders are posted with Australian Post and cost varies depending on where you live, see below for costs. All international orders come with tracking.

International delivery can vary between  5-21 day - there are currently delays on international post due to Covid-19. 

Should an item not be delivered or be delivered damaged please contact me via contact page and I will endeavour to find a solution always. 

CUSTOM & IMPORT TAXES

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes or duties that may apply in your country/state. Cada Todo is not responsible for delays due to customs. 

Please also note that according to custom regulations Cada Todo cannot declare purchased items as gifts or list an amount lower than the actual product price.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES 

I want you to be absolutely in love with your garment, but I understand online shopping is not always easy! 

Therefore I gladly accept exchanges on all full priced items. 

Please contact me as soon as possible should you wish to get an exchange or credit note. Given the nature of Cada Todo an exchange may not be possible straight away however I will do my best to resolve the situation and always offer a custom colour combination if you have the time for it to be made, alternatively a credit note will always be available. 

Garments must be posted back to me within 14 days of receiving your order and you must provide tracking to me. 

Any items you wish to exchange must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and must be in the condition you received it in.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once receiving the item back we will organise an exchange or credit note.

Cada Todo have the right to reject a return if the above criteria is not met. Please note I will not accept an item back if the item appears to be worn, soiled or without tags attached. Thank you for understanding. 

Should you have any issue with your dress regarding size/fit or any other reason please don't hesitate to contact me. I will always endeavour to find a resolution for everyone involved. The quickest way to contact me is via private message on Instagram. 

Exchanges are not available on custom or made to order garments. 

FAULTY ITEMS

If you believe the item you have received to be faulty and/or not as you pictured please get in contact with us as soon as possible. We will always endeavour to find a resolution as fast as possible. 

THE NATURE OF HANDMADE

All of our pieces are made with love; handmade with the biggest spoonful of devotion, appreciation and respect. They are well-made, however made by hand and therefore please note imperfections are paramount. 

Please also be aware all our pieces are handmade by SECOND HAND TEXTILES in Sydney Australia. This does not at all mean the textiles being repurposed are soiled, or somewhat used/ unhygienic or anything of the matter. However some textiles will have minor imperfections such as uneven printing/ missing stitches (if embroided), faint marks, small holes which will always be mended by me if in a garment and photo will be shown in listing or imperfect weaves in the fabric.
