Rara Ruffles Dress / SASS QUEEN

Rara ruffles dress ~ the most 'understated' of my collection, yet still bold, fun, flirty. A midi length dress, with three 'rara ruffles' cascading the bottom. 

This dress features elasticated channelling through out the under-bust and waist. Peasant style sleeves with contrasting cuffs, the sleeves can be worn on or off the shoulder. There is elastic in the neckline and sleeve heads, which means when worn on the shoulder, the sleeves wont slip off.
